Anyone attempt goat cheese making?
Good question. We have the cultures, molds, wax, etc. to make a lot of cheeses, including chevre. We do not have goats milk yet, though we'd love to sell it if we could find a licensed supplier.

I posted a pic. of my failed attempt this summer. I got non-ultra pasteurized goats milk at new seasons after several requests for it, but it was pricey! After loosing my batch of cheese- it wasn't ready to invest on another attempt for a while. I may have some leads on fresh milk soon.
