With the opening of our humble 1BBL brewery, we are taking the next step in the relationship with our customers by showcasing the ingredients and products that the Homebrew Exchange has been providing the community for almost a decade in a family-friendly, fun, and inclusive atmosphere of learning and exploration. Our goal is to continue to grow with and give back to the community that has supported us, ” says employee-owner Brandon Edwards. Food is available onsite from Long Do Thai Food Cart until 8pm, stationed in the Homebrew Exchange/Look Long parking lot. https://www.facebook.com/longdothaifoodcart/. Founders Jocelyn and Aaron Fabbri have partnered with employee-owners Brandon Edwards, Stan Barnes, Rory Schellinger and Shane Graff. Each brings years of brewing experience to the mix, and each their own style. Look Long Brewing, along with sister business the Homebrew Exchange, hopes to continue providing a local spot for folks to find the tools and inspiration to delve into the world of craft beverages.
