13-14 lb Fresh Honey
4 gal water, about
2 tsp yeast nutrient
2 tsp yeast energizer
2 lb frozen or fresh blueberries
1/2 Campden Tablet
Two packets of D-47 Yeast
Soak honey containers in hot water 30 minutes ahead of time to liquefy.
<em>No Heat Method (sanitization very important)</em>: In sanitized fermenter, combine honey, yeast nutrient & energizer. With sanitized rod or spoon handle, stir vigorously for 2 minutes to aerate the must. Pitch yeast and ferment until final gravity reached.
