Our new employee co-owners, Stan and Brandon, sat down for a Q & A with founders Jocelyn and Aaron Fabbri to talk about their past, and the future of the business.
Aaron Fabbri (AF): When did you guys start brewing?
Stan: We really started brewing when we moved to Portland area almost six years ago. Before that, we had dabbled a little bit in college.
AF: Why did you start making your own beer, and what has kept you interested in brewing over the years?
Crossroads Mobile Canning will be back in the shop, ready to package your brews for you. Joe and Michelle just need a keg of beer and for $25 you get your beer back in 12oz cans ready for immediate drinking or storing.
We've got some examples of their work hanging out at the shop, if you need convincing of how easy and reliable the process is. There is a sign up sheet in the shop that includes the time you'll be bringing in your beer.
Our All Grain Classes are an opportunity to get some hands-on experience making home-brew with folks that enjoy making beer. In the previous 3 months of classes, we transformed a SMaSH beer (Single Malt and Single Hop) into an American Pale Ale, and then into a Cascading Dark Ale with the addition of some darker malts and late mash additions.
Folks, if you like savings and high quality products you can find it all through July.
